Part 1: General Terms and Definitions
1. Definitions:
• "The Company": Coi Wang Technology Limited (eefit).
• "eefit App": The official eefit smartphone application developed and managed by the Company.
• "Eligible Spending": The actual net amount paid by a member using an accepted payment method when shopping at designated eefit stores in Hong Kong or official eefit booths at exhibitions, after deducting all discounts, coupons, points redemptions, and shipping fees.
• "Growth Value": The exclusive numerical value used to calculate and determine a member’s tier level under this Program.
• "Points": Reward units earned by members through Eligible Spending or participation in designated promotional activities. Points may be used directly to offset future purchases.
• "Package": A voucher for a specified number of service sessions purchased or received by a member of eefit (e.g., "Meridian Pro Illuminator (15 minutes) – 30 sessions").
• "Electronic Coupon": An electronic voucher issued within the "My Coupons" section of the eefit App, with a specified value, usage conditions, and validity period.
Part 2: Application Procedures, Eligibility, and Account Management
1. Application Channels: Applicants may apply for eefit membership as a Regular Member free of charge through the following channels:
• Registration at any physical eefit store (assisted by staff);
• Downloading and registering via the eefit App;
• Registration through the official eefit website;
• Registration at the official booths at exhibitions or roadshows attended by eefit.
2. Age Requirement: Applicants must be aged 18 or above. Those under 18 must obtain explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian to apply.
3. Registration: Applicants must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information, including but not limited to a valid mobile phone number. To ensure communication integrity and account security, the system will send a one-time WhatsApp verification code to the registered mobile phone number. The applicant must correctly enter the verification code in order to complete the registration process. Each applicant and each valid mobile phone number may register for one membership account only. An applicant may not apply for or hold more than one membership.
4. Discretionary Acceptance: eefit reserves the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any applicant to the eefit membership program. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
5. Account Security Responsibility: Members will receive a dedicated membership account and electronic membership card within the eefit App. Members are solely responsibile for safeguarding their password and login credentials. Subject to applicable laws, the Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access by third parties (including but not limited to theft of points, transfer of packages, or redemption of coupons), unless caused by the Company's gross negligence. The Company has no obligation to compensate or reissue member's benefits.
6. Non-Transferability: Unless expressly permitted, membership, electronic membership cards, tier status, growth value, points, shopping credits, packages, e-coupons, and all related benefits are strictly non-transferable, non-saleable, non-exchangeable, non-inheritable, and for personal use only by registered members.
Part 3: Membership Tier System and Growth Value
The program adopts a tiered membership system. A member's tier within "eefit Club" is based strictly on accumulated growth value. Members may check their current tier, accumulated growth value, and required growth value for the next tier in the eefit App.
1. Membership Tiers:
• Regular Member
• Silver Member
• Gold Member
• Diamond Member
2. Accumulated Growth Value:
• "Eligible Spending": The actual net amount paid by a member using an accepted payment method when shopping at designated eefit stores in Hong Kong or official eefit booths at exhibitions, after deducting all discounts, coupons, points redemptions, and shipping fees.
• Purchase of gift vouchers, shipping fees and amounts offset by points or shopping credits do not qualify as growth value.
• Growth value may also be earned by completing designated tasks.
3. Upgrade Requirements:
• Regular Member: Upon successful registration (0 Growth Value required).
• Silver Member: When a member's accumulated spending reaches HK$1,000 (or 1,000 Growth Value), the system will automatically upgrade him/her to Silver Member upon completion of the transaction.
• Gold Member: When a member's accumulated spending reaches HK$12,000 (or 12,000 Growth Value), he/she will be automatically upgraded to Gold Member.
• Diamond Member: When a member's accumulated spending reaches HK$30,000 (or 30,000 Growth Value), he/she will be automatically upgraded to Diamond Member.
4. Membership Validity:
• Regular Member: Permanent validity.
• Silver/Gold/Diamond Members: Valid for 12 calendar months from the date of membership upgrade. Example: if a member is upgraded to Silver on 12 June 2026, the Silver membership validity period ends on 30 June 2027.
• Growth Value Reset: When a member successfully upgrades to a higher tier, his/her growth value will not reset to zero but will continue to accumulate until the member reaches the threshold for the next tier within 365 days.
5. Renewal and Downgrade:
• At the end of each "Membership Year" (i.e. the last day of the 12th month following a membership upgrade), the system will strictly review the additional growth value earned by the member during the preceding 12-month period.
• Tier Retention: If the growth value accumulated by the member during that Membership Year reaches the minimum requirement for his/her current tier (for example, a Gold Member accumulating 12,000 Growth Value within 12 months), the current membership tier will be automatically extended for a further 12 month-period.
• Downgrade: If the growth value accumulated during that Membership Year fails to meet the retention threshold of the current tier, the system will, on the day immediately following the end of the Membership Year, automatically reassign the member to the corresponding lower membership tier based on the actual growth value accumulated during that 12-month period.
Part 4: Points Earning, Usage, and Reissuance
Accumulated points have cash offset value, as a reward for eefit members. Members may review detailed records in the "My Points" and "Transaction History" sections within the eefit App.
1. Points Earning Rate: Members earn 1 point for every full HK$100 in eligible spending. In addition, members can enjoy points rewards at different multipliers according to their curent membership tier:
• Regular Member: Multiplier of 1, i.e., for every HK$100 spent = 1 point.
• Silver Member: Multiplier of 2, i.e., for every HK$100 spent, 1x 2 = 2 points.
• Gold Member: Multiplier of 3, i.e., for every HK$100 spent, 1 x 3 = 3 points.
• Diamond Member: Multiplier of 5, i.e., for every HK$100 spent, 1 x 5 = 5 points.
(Note: Growth value is calculated based on the actual amount paid. Each single transaction must reach a minimum of HK$100 to be eligible for points. Any remaining amount less than HK$100 will not earn points and cannot be carried forward to the next transaction. Points earned from online store purchases may take approximately one month to synchronize.)
2. Points Usage:
• At the time of in-store checkout, members may choose to use points to directly offset the purchase amount.
• There is no minimum spending requirement for points redemption; however, points are strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and no change will be given. Points may not be used to purchase eefit cash vouchers, pay for shipping fees, or for specific excluded products designated by the Company from time to time.
3. Points Validity:
• Points are subject to strict time limits. Under normal circumstances, points earned by a member will expire at 23:59:59 at the end of the month, after the 12-month period in which they were earned.
• Unused points after expiry will be automatically cancelled and forfeited by the system. The Company will not reissue, extend, or provide any form of monetary compensation. The eefit App will display reminders of "Points Expiring Soon," and members are responsible for monitoring their own points balance.
4. Points Reissuance Application Procedure:
• Members must proactively present their eefit membership card or electronic membership card at the time of transaction. If, due to special circumstances (such as store system malfunction), points are not recorded immediately, the member may apply for reissuance, subject to eefit's final decision.
• Members must retain the original physical receipt showing transaction details or the original official electronic invoice.
• Applications for reissuance must be submitted in person at our store within 7 days from the transaction date. Late applications will not be accepted.
• Upon receipt of the reissuance application and complete supporting documentation, and after verification by the Company, the relevant points will be credited to the member's account within 14 working days. The Company reserves the final and binding right to determine whether any reissuance application will be approved.
Part 5: Detailed Membership Tier Benefits and Exclusive Privileges
Members may review their exclusive benefits in the eefit App. All benefits are subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.
1. Year-Round Shopping Discount:
• All members, upon successful registration, are entitled to enjoy "Member Price" shopping discounts.
• The year-round discount applies only to products offered at member price. Promotional items and specific special offers are excluded.
2. Birthday Privileges (Birthday Vouchers):
• Silver Member: Birthday cash vouchers worth HK$50.
• Gold Member: Birthday cash vouchers worth HK$100.
• Diamond Member: Birthday cash vouchers worth HK$200.
• Issuance Mechanism: Birthday privileges for eligible members will be automatically issued to the member's account at 00:00:00 on the first day of the member's birthday month. If the membership activation month is also the member’s birthday month, the birthday privilege will be issued in the following year. Birthday privileges are not cumulative, and each membership account is entitled to receive the birthday privilege only once per year.
• Usage Restrictions: Birthday vouchers are valid within the month of issuance. Members must correctly register their date of birth, which cannot be changed once registered. If failure to receive the voucher is due to omission or incorrect information provided by the member, the Company will not reissue it.
• Each member is entitled to receive this benefit once per year only.
• Birthday privilege - cash vouchers must be used within 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Cash vouchers and discount vouchers may be used in conjunction. More than 1 voucher can be used per transaction.
• Each voucher may be used once only, is non-exchangeable for cash, and no change, refund, or replacement will be provided.
3. Successful Referral Reward:
• When a referrer successfully introduces a new member, and that new member completes their first Eligible Spending, the referrer is entitled to two benefits
• 3.1 Referrers will receive points equivalent to the points earned from that new member's spending for one year. There is no upper limit on referral rewards (the more referrals made, the more points earned).
• 3.2 Referrers will also receive discount vouchers as listed below:
- Silver Member: Discount vouchers worth HK$50. (HK$50 off purchases of HK$300 or more)
- Gold Member: Discount vouchers worth HK$100. (HK$100 off purchases of HK$500 or more)
- Diamond Member: Discount vouchers worth HK$200. (HK$200 off purchases of HK$1000 or more)
• Each member is entitled to receive this benefit once per year only.
• Successful referral reward – discount vouchers must be used within 30 days from the date of the issuance.
• Discount vouchers and cash vouchers may be used in conjunction.
• Each voucher may be used once only, is non-exchangeable for cash, and no change, refund, or replacement will be provided.
(Note: Points earned from successful referrals will be issued within 7 working days.)
4. First Upgrade Privilege: When a member is upgraded for the first time in their membership history to Silver Member or above, he/she will receive a HK$50 cash voucher.
• This privilege is limited to once per lifetime per member.
• First upgrade privilege - cash vouchers must be used within 90 days from the date of issuance.
• Cash vouchers and discount vouchers may be used in conjunction.
• Each voucher may be used once only, is non-exchangeable for cash, and no change, refund, or replacement will be provided.
(Note: First upgrade privilege cash vouchers will be issued within 7 days.
In the next phase, eefit will introduce additional benefits, including a reward for first-time download of the eefit App and completion of App account binding. Silver Members or above may receive a HK$50 discount voucher, valid for use in the App or official online store only.)
Part 6: Rules Governing Packages and E-Coupons
1. Package Management
• Service packages purchased by members (such as Meridian Pro Illuminator Service Package) may be viewed under "My Packages" in the eefit App.
• The package page will clearly display the "Remaining Sessions" and "Validity Period."
• Expired packages will be forfeited. Unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash or points.
2. Electronic Coupons
• Electronic coupons are stored under "My Coupons" and categorized as "Unused," "Used," "Expired," and "Gifted."
• Each coupon is subject to specific usage terms.
• Unless expressly permitted by the system, only one coupon may be used per transaction, and it may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Part 7: Refunds, Returns, Transaction Cancellation, and Anti-Abuse Mechanism
To safeguard the fairness of this Program and prevent any form of fraud or abuse, the Company has established the following strict refund handling mechanism:
1. Full Deduction of Rewards:
• If a member requests a return, refund, or cancellation of any completed Eligible Spending, the system will automatically deduct in full from the member's account the growth value and points granted in respect of the cancelled transaction at the time the refund is processed.
2. Immediate Revocation of Tier Status and Downgrade:
• If, as a result of growth value deduction following a return, the member's accumulated growth value falls below the minimum threshold of their current membership tier, the Company shall have the absolute right to immediately revoke the existing tier status and downgrade the member to the corresponding lower tier.
• All unused benefits and vouchers associated with the higher tier will be immediately withdrawn.
3. Negative Points and Cash Recovery
• If, at the time of refund application, the points originally earned from that transaction have already been redeemed or used by the member, resulting in insufficient points in the account for deduction (i.e., the points balance becomes negative), the Company shall have the absolute right to deduct from the refund amount an equivalent cash amount corresponding to the shortfall in points (calculated at HK$1 = 1 point) in order to compensate for the Company’s loss.
Part 8: Termination, Suspension, and Death of Member
1. Voluntary Termination: Members may apply to terminate their membership at any time via the settings in the eefit App or by contacting the customer service team. Upon completion of termination procedures, all accumulated assets and benefits will be immediately reset to zero and cannot be restored.
2. Mandatory Termination for Misconduct: If the Company reasonably believes that a member has engaged in, or that his/her account is involved in, any misconduct, fraud, abuse of the return mechanism to gain points, improper use of benefits, unauthorized transfer of account, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend the membership and the right to use the eefit App without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from such termination and reserves the right to recover all related costs and legal compensation from the member.
3. Death of Member: Membership accounts are non-transferable. Upon receipt of a confirmed notice of a member's death, the membership account will be terminated, and all accumulated growth value, points, packages, and any unused benefits in the account will be immediately cancelled.
Part 9: Personal Data and Privacy Policy
1. The Company is committed to safeguarding members' personal data privacy. Personal data provided by members when applying for membership and using the eefit App (including name, telephone number, purchase records, health preferences, etc.) will be collected, processed, stored, and used strictly in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Company's Privacy Policy Statement.
2. The primary purposes of data collection include: administering this program, processing points and packages, verifying identity, and conducting direct marketing with the member's consent. Members may change their preference for receiving promotional information through eefit stores.
Part 10: Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Miscellaneous
1. System and Network Limitations: The operation of the eefit App depends on internet connectivity and third-party service providers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, and partners shall not bear any direct, indirect, or consequential legal or financial liability for members' failure to earn points, inability to use coupons, or any data delay or loss caused by telecommunications network failure, system maintenance, server breakdown, hacking attacks, or any technical issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
2. Data Prevails: Any figures, points, growth value, or package sessions displayed in the eefit App are for reference only. In the event of any system discrepancy or dispute, the final transaction records and data stored in the Company's central server backend shall prevail absolutely.
3. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute concerning this program, these Terms and Conditions, points calculation, membership eligibility, or benefit allocation, Coi Wang Technology Limited (eefit) reserves the right of final decision and sole interpretation. Such decision shall be final, binding, and legally conclusive upon all members and relevant parties.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Members irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
5. Language Version: These Terms and Conditions have been written in Traditional Chinese. If an English or other language version is subsequently provided and any discrepancy or inconsistency arises between versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
