Delivery Methods and Instructions
Applicable to products ordered by eefit.com.
- The company will only arrange for delivery of the products ordered bythe customer to an address specified by the customer.
- We will try our best to arrange delivery within 7 working days after theorder is confirmed by our online system.
- Under normal circumstances, we will arrange “Hong Kong S.F. Express” todeliver the products, and the ordered products will be delivered within 3 to 7working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after shipment.(Note: If the order is placed before or after a public holiday, a longerdelivery time may be required.) We will notify you by email and provide youwith a tracking number to check the status of your package after it has beenshipped.
- For larger orders, delivery will be handled directly by our logisticsteam.
- The delivery area by our logistics team includes Hong Kong Island,Kowloon, New Territories and designated outlying islands: Ma Wan and TungChung; not applicable to the following outlying islands: Discovery Bay, CheungChau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik,Po Lin Monastery, Tai O and Hong Kong International Airport.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, increased or decreased after confirmation.
- Only one delivery will be arranged for all orders.
- Our delivery service is local only.
