Delivery Methods and Instructions
Applicable to products ordered at eefit.com.
- The company will only provide product delivery service for orders completed by the customer to one designated address specified by the customer.
- We will try our best to arrange delivery within 7 working days after the order is confirmed by our online system.
- Under normal circumstances, we will arrange “Hong Kong S.F. Express” to deliver the products, and the ordered products will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after shipment. (Note: If the order is placed before or after a public holiday, a longer delivery time may be required.) We will notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number to check the status of your package after it has been shipped.
- For larger orders, delivery will be handled directly by our logistics team.
- The delivery service provided by our logistics team covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and designated outlying islands: Ma Wan and Tung Chung; does not cover the following outlying islands: Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O and Hong Kong International Airport.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, increased, or decreased after confirmation.
- Only one delivery service will be arranged for each order.
- We provide local delivery service only.
