Return Policy

Please make sure you check your choice of color and quantity of the product before you complete the checkout process. Once the payment process is successful, you will not be able to change the product options, and you will be deemed to agree to this Return and Exchange policy.

 

Return/Exchange Process

For items eligible for return/exchange, please get in touch with our our customer service center within 7 days after receiving the goods. 

Please provide the following information for customer service representatives to review:

Returns and exchanges are not supported in the following cases: 

1. Items that are received for more than 7 days.

2. Items that have been opened or damaged and affect the refurbished products.

3. Discounted items and items purchased with bonus points.

4. Items that have been returned without prior application for return or exchange.

5. Lingerie / intimate apparel 

 

Refund Notice

1. In general, we will acknowledge the return request within 7 working days after we have received your returned goods. The actual time for the refund to show in your bank account varies according to the processing procedures of different banks.

2. No refund of products will be accepted for items returned more than 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

3. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, if he/she is sending back the item(s) due to personal reasons. 

5. If the customer refuses to receive the item after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. 

6. If your order includes a gift, please send it back with your return. If you do not return the gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Once your order has been returned, the related discount code or points cannot be used again.

8. We are not able to refund or exchange any products that have been purchased as an add-on purchase, gift set, and member's promotion. 

9. The company reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
