Terms and Conditions

  • If any parts are found defective under normal use within the warranty period (which starts from the date mentioned on the invoice of purchase), the customer will be entitled to free inspection and repair upon verification by the company.
  • This warranty does not cover any damage or loss caused by man-made, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair, modification, etc.
  • For warranty claims, please provide an official invoice, the product, and the original package with all accessories, such as a charging cable, for inspection.
  • An inspection and repair fee will be charged for products that have exceeded the warranty period, any accidental damage (as described above), or the customer not being able to provide an original and valid official receipt.
  • The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, claims, or contingent in connection with any defects, faults, or failure of the product.
  • The inspection and repair is expected to take about 14 working days. Customers can contact the customer service representatives at 2677 7898 to enquire about the progress.
  • Please collect the repaired product within 60 days from the date of pickup notification. Otherwise, the product will be deemed abandoned and handled at the company's discretion.
